To Do List Manager Application

  • Created a full task manager web application using python and Flask for the backend and HTML and Bootstrap CSS for the Frontend.
  • The database for the application was made using Postgresql. The application enables multiple users to create accounts and login to their accounts.
  • The users can add tasks, give the due dates, edit the tasks, view the complete schedule of their tasks and see the overdue tasks.

Bearing Fault Classification Using Machine Learning

  • Analyzed and Preprocessed standard CWRU bearing fault dataset.
  • Built Machine Learning models with 5 different algorithms namely Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest.
  • Compared their accuracies using metrics like classification report,ROC AUC and Confusion Matrix.

Worked as part of a team responsible for product support of Sprinklr's Customer Experience Management platform by working closely with clients. Responsibilities of the role include debugging clinets' issues and queries with the product UI to resolve customer tickets quickly and efficiently and drive greater customer satisifaction and hence a positive business for the caompany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective and prompt debugging of the clients' issues with the platform by leaveraging the APIs and through MongoDB Database Queries. Working closely with clients and handle client calls to ensure customer satisfaction with the issue resolution.
  • Working closely with engineering and product success teams to address issue escalations when required and providing inputs from the customer point of view for crucial improvements and additions to the platform.
  • Documenting the debugging steps for common issues and ensure the Knowledge Base is updated. Working collectively as a team to achive the goals set by the company.

  • Familiarity with querying and updating MongoDB documents for issue debugging. Good problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative and to be an efficient and supportive team memeber.
